  Sold our home quickly, under less-than-ideal conditions. We decided to downsize after a family illness and death and settled on Sylvain Bourgon as our realtor. Before signing, I warned him that I wasn't going to do a thing to the house, that he'd have to sell it "with dishes in the sink and the bed unmade." He said he could do it and he did. It's nice to work with someone who keeps their word.
  
  He sold the house very quickly and at the full asking price. He was a pleasure to work with. He also recommended a lawyer and moving company who did excellent work and cost less than other, comparable levels of service. I appreciated the lack of disruption to our very busy lives.
